Did our service meet your expectations? Please share your thoughts with us and help us improve. You can provide feedback by using the form below or by sending an email directly to finspection@finspection.fi. In order to help us route your feedback effectively, we recommend referencing, for example, the certificate number. If you wish to receive a response to your feedback, please indicate that in your message.

If you are not satisfied with the certification or inspection decision, you have the right to submit a change request via email to finspection@finspection.fi. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the decision. In the application, please provide the applicant’s contact information, specify the decision for which you are seeking a change, and include any relevant justifications.

Finspection will allocate resources for processing the application. The processors must not be involved in any way with the matter being addressed in the correction request. If necessary, Finspection may use an external, independent processor.

After processing, the applicant will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the change request. If the applicant is not satisfied with the decision on the change request, they can appeal to the Finnish Administrative Court of their choice.
