Change Request

If you are not satisfied with the certification or inspection decision, you have the right to submit a change request via email to finspection@finspection.fi. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the decision. In the application, please provide the applicant’s contact information, specify the decision for which you are seeking a change, and include any relevant justifications.

Finspection will allocate resources for processing the application. The processors must not be involved in any way with the matter being addressed in the correction request. If necessary, Finspection may use an external, independent processor.

After processing, the applicant will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the change request. If the applicant is not satisfied with the decision on the change request, they can appeal to the Finnish Administrative Court of their choice.
