Finspection has been collaborating with Caverion’s refrigeration technology department since the spring of 2024. According to Caverion, Finspection is a knowledgeable partner that can assist with pressure equipment inspections in any situation.

Caverion’s refrigeration technology department has a regular need for pressure equipment inspections, which led to their partnership with Finspection. Caverion has been pleased with the services provided, and in addition to the refrigeration technology department, Caverion’s HVAC department also uses Finspection’s services.

Registered pressure equipment must undergo legally regulated periodic inspections to ensure their safe operation. These inspections assess the external and internal condition of the equipment, as well as the functionality of its safety devices.

The collaboration began in the spring of 2024 when a previous contact person from Caverion transitioned to Finspection. This individual had already been ensuring that pressure equipment inspections were carried out smoothly. With Finspection, everything has remained straightforward and clear. While pressure equipment inspections always involve some bureaucracy, the process has been simplified to avoid unnecessary paperwork.

“With Finspection, the amount of paperwork is reasonable, and they don’t request any unnecessary information that isn’t required by law. Everything follows the same clear process every time, which makes an already complex procedure easier,” says Pentti Haanela, Project Manager at Caverion’s refrigeration technology department.

Finspection reliably delivers certificates without additional clarifications, and agreed-upon schedules are always met. Legal texts can be challenging to interpret, and Caverion has appreciated how Finspection presents them in an easily understandable way.

“We receive guidance when we face unclear situations, especially if we don’t fully understand all the legal details and special cases. Legal texts can be difficult to read, so it’s great to have someone to turn to for clarifications,” Haanela continues.
