Everything follows the same clear process every time, which makes an already complex procedure easier,” says Pentti Haanela, Project Manager at Caverion’s refrigeration technology department.

“We receive guidance when we face unclear situations, especially if we don’t fully understand all the legal details and special cases. Legal texts can be difficult to read, so it’s great to have someone to turn to for clarifications,” Haanela continues.

Caverion has noticed that Finspection is always ready to help with challenges related to pressure equipment.
“Our contact person has always found a solution whenever an issue has arisen. Everything is handled lawfully, professionally, and with clear communication,” Haanela explains.
Finspection’s availability is excellent, and their services have often been required on short notice.
Caverion also values their flexibility in scheduling and the ability to provide assistance whenever needed, as pressure equipment-related needs can arise suddenly.
“Finspection’s availability is excellent, and we’ve often had urgent requests. Sometimes we’ve needed pressure tests at extremely short notice, and we know that our contact person is always reachable, no matter the time of day,” Haanela says.
